He performs master-level autopsies on narrative frameworks to identify the structural gaps that cause projects to stall.
Shay Lyrio | Head of Strategy Shay is the strategic engine of the company. Bringing a first-class honours background in Business Management and Marketing, she ensures every project is positioned for success. She specializes in turning creative potential into actionable intelligence, providing writers with a bespoke roadmap to meet the rigorous expectations of international funding bodies.
